Engineering Manager
Arrow Energy is seeking an Engineering Manager to work from their Head Office in Brisbane, though regular travel to field sites is expected to carry out the duties on an as-required basis.
Reporting to the General Manager Development, the primary function of this role will be to assume responsibility for all technical standards, procedures and guidelines relating to the design, purchasing, construction, commissioning and operation of all surface facilities and infrastructure. This responsibility extends to all technical disciplines.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate substantial experience in an engineering and/or construction environment, preferably in the oil and gas, mining or energy industry. The successful applicant will have demonstrated leadership of technical services, design and commissioning teams, and will have experience in quality assurance, project development and execution, project management and design.
Arrow is seeking a self-motivated and adaptable candidate with high level initiative, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a dedicated and organised team player who is strongly disciplined in procedures and controls, with the ability to implement.
You will enjoy an attractive remuneration package, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
