About the Opportunity

Baptist Care (SA) Inc. has a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their welcoming team at Playford Village in Davoren Park.

Within this vital and valued role, it will be your responsibility to deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care to residents, demonstrating and applying knowledge in all aspects of care in consultation with the Director of Care and/or Clinical Nurse Consultant.

As Registered Nurse, you will also supervise, coordinate and delegate resident care needs to Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers.

The successful applicant will be a Registered General Nurse with the Nurses Board of South Australia, with an understanding of the ageing process and the care of frail-aged clients. To succeed in this role, you will have a comprehensive clinical knowledge, especially with a focus towards aged related health matters, and demonstrated professional clinical skills.

This role comes with the flexibility to choose between Full Time, permanent Part Time or ongoing Casual work, depending on your lifestyle and commitments. You will work rostered shifts, and may occasionally be required to work additional hours, however Baptist Care (SA) Inc. is committed to ensuring all employees maintain a healthy work/life balance.
