Arrow Energy is seeking a Plant Operator to join its team, working from the organisation's Dalby site.

Reporting to the Plant Superintendent and working with the Operations Department, the main aim of the role is to be responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of all equipment within the Tipton Compression Facility and support the Tipton field production area including, but not limited to well site equipment.

The ideal candidate will hold a trade qualification and experience working in either the mechanical or electrical trades preferable. You will also have a Heavy Vehicle Licence, Skid Steer Loader Licence and a Forklift Licence.

Arrow is seeking someone with initiative who is self-motivated and adaptable. Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are sought.
