Arrow Energy is seeking a Training and Development Manager to join its team, working from the organisation's Brisbane office.

Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, the main aim of the role is to lead the activities of the company's training and development, driving an effective and results-driven training department.

Working closely with all levels of the organisation, the TDM will ensure that training initiatives are in line with the needs of Arrow Energy and effectively builds and delivers a functional and successful team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Education (Adult), including a minimum of TAA40104 Certificate in Training and Assessment. Relevant OH&S qualifications will also be highly desirable.
