Don’t get caught out by scams and fraud

Occasionally, illegal ads appear on job boards asking jobseekers to provide personal and financial information. Sometimes emails are also sent by people, disguised as bluecollar advertisers, asking jobseekers to click on links, reply directly to the email for more information, or provide personal information.

Bluecollar is working hard to ensure all ads on our job board are for legitimate job opportunities, and will remove any illegal ads. We will also endeavour to keep jobseekers updated if any fraudulent emails are sent.

Bluecollar will always refer jobseekers back to the website, when job alerts are sent, and will NEVER ask jobseekers to directly reply to their emails with personal/financial information.

Bluecollar will never send an email asking you to update your log in details (i.e., username and password)

Please see below the details of recent fraudulent emails.
